Help adding logo graphic to multiple images quickly

I need to add a border/logo/multi colored graphic to 150+ images at a time then print in as few steps as possible. I am using PS elements 5 on XP - I have tried using the clone tool as well as the brus(which only provided 1 color) as well as duplicating a layer & dropping it on the image- the clone tool worked best as long as it was scaled properly to start with but still required plaving it on each image. If I am not able to do some kind of batch process in elements would I be able to do it in CS3 and how?

Hello,
Elements doesn't support custom batches (you can only batch-rename-resize-quickfix)
In Photoshop you can record all the steps to action and then play it for each image individually or batch-process entire folder.
