Hi there! I would really appreciate If you guys can take a look to this website and give me some ideas, suggestion or anything you like! haha :p
I should say to you that this website have to be like... boring... as the client told me they want it that way!!
I couldn't believe when one of the Partners told me that here in Mexico, lawyers may think a website is really awful (Kitsch or something like that, we have a very specific word for that: naco) when designers try to innovate or present a "modern, business" layout
So here's my boring website! hahaha :D http://www.zavala-abogados.com oh!!! and they even have an english version, enjoy! ;)

The style seems suited to the content. The color
scheme might benefit from a bit of contrast.
The title probably should include an indication
of what the site is about. I would not have
known this was a law firm if I had seen only the
title.
Possibly you could add a logo with
an image of a gavel or something that suggests
the law. It might be somewhat trite but would
give a clue to the purpose of the site as well
as give the viewer something to break the
monotony of pure text.
I wonder if the partners would allow a couple
of images. They do not need to be frivolous;
maybe a photo of their office or of the partners
themselves.
I don't like the start page and having to
choose a language there. I would just go
ahead and show the Spanish version and
offer a link to the English one.
Whatever you do, make the font of the main
content somewhat larger.

Thank you Bennie, I will enlarge the text in the main page.
They are frivolous! They don't want any photos of them, because they fear about their security (kidnaping and so).
I think that issue on the front page is true, I don't like it either! I'm gonna propuse it, and let them decide. I really hate doing this, but as you can see, this people want to control everything.
And! Oh the logo. This logo has been drawn by hand, by a friend of them. The only thing I've done was verctorize it. I've first tried to insert a faded photo of Justice (the blind lady blah blah) but they told me to get that away, as they don't want any image that could suggest the Kitsch issue :p
Thank you for the comments!:)

Probably all you can do is create what they want and
do not worry about it.
Even if a little bland, the site is very neat and
informative. Everything functions as it should.
You did a good job.
