Adobe Photoshop CS3 Brown tint

For some reason images that I am working on, all colors seem to have a dark or brownish tint. Why is this and how can I fix it? I tried resetting to the default adobe setting and even reinstalling and upgrading from CS3. What is it? It is not my graphics card. It has to do with something or a setting in adobe. Reason being is, it is only happening in the project area as you can see in the link below. It seems that the gray color is being replaced by brown.

I've had this too. Recalibrate your monitor using Adobe Gamma.
