that should be the first thing a person sees when they go to the page, it's what the site is about. At the moment the first thing that jumps out is an add for free shipping, but it doesn't explain anything about what it is you're doing.
I'm assuming that the items at the bottom with prices are your featured items? if so, they need to be above the fold on the main area of the screen.
Additionally, I don't have alot of experience with screen readers and such, but i'm pretty certain that they have problems with massive amounts of tables and such. Considering your potential clients that could be a big problem.
