I have just begun writing just found out that my theme doesn't support a certain kind of widget I want to use. I'm gonna hire someone soon to take over the site, but I would love impressions now. INCLUDING the content. Content is design in this case, considering the intended outcomes.

I love the graphic on the top left. I love the big, bold yellow word "committed" on the black background. It is powerful, and works like a graphic. It would be better if something as powerful were also the title of your web site. That tiny black box on the left is way too small to read. Why is it there? You have a big white empty space right in the center of your page. I don't like black backgrounds with light text—It is stressful.
