Adding Graphics to my photos

Hello All,

I am very new to this & pls help m out with this problem.

One of my friend has designed my daughters photo by adding some special effects. I had a simple photo of my daughter to her & she has turned her photo into a fairy queen. She has even added bubbles , with her photo in each bubble.I jst loved those photos & want to try them out myself.

I have attached one of the photos for u all to have a look

Wnated to know as to which software has to be used to these & can i download them from net.

From the description of your friends retouching job (not having seen the image as there is no attachment), I'd say what you need is whole lot of Photoshop experience. Sounds like your friend really knows her stuff and that is not something that can be explained or learned in a couple of posts.
