I'm a complete newbie at photoshop and I'm having trouble with putting my head from one pic on a football players body on another pic.

So far I have seperated my head from my body and was able to possition it on the other pic but I can't seem to figure out how to size it properly so that my head is covering the origional football players head without it looking odd.
Is there a way that I can select the shape of his head, and make it so when I move my head over that it will only show up in the area where his head was?

I'm not sure if that sounds too awkward or something but I tried to say it as plainly as possible.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Pazma,
1. Open image with your head
2. Select the head with the Lasso or Polygonal Lasso
(if you don't know how to select, here is a flash movie (http://simplephotoshop.com/photoshop_interface/selectingf.htm))
3. Copy the head to clipboard [Ctrl+C]
4. Open the "target" document
5. Paste the head [Ctrl+V]
6. Activate Free Transform [Ctrl+T] and adjust the head's size and position

You may have to do a little painting or cloning to the original footballers head to cover areas where sahpe and size do not correspond well.
