see only lines, triangles if I open a picture

Hello,

I´m new in photoshop and my question is: why I see only lines, triangles etc. if I open a picture in normal size? If I zoon in up to approx 300% I can see the picture whitout lines, trieangles etc. Is this a bug? Whats wrong?

I assume you are NOT using a Macintosh.

You have a video card problem.
Make sure the card is properly seated.
Otherwise, this is a hardware problem, call tech guys.
