Photoshop seems to load but when it opens the window to browse your files is open and the whole program shuts down after the thumbnails load. This happened after I began fidgeting with the plugins because I can't seem to download my raw .CR2 image files from my camera. However, when this problem started I put everything back the way it was before my fidgeting. It still hasn't solved the issue. Going to ...user/appdata/...and adding OLD isn't going to work because I don't have the application data folder. Not sure where to go from here...
