Size of Windows in Photoshop

Does anyone know how i can get the window with the filters and stuff in them smaller in photoshop as the window is cutting off the settings to adjust the filters and this means i cant adjust the filters to suit my picture!

Yes, I know exactly what you're talking about.
And I hate it when that happens.

The programmers hard-code window sizes to their
own setup rather than making them flexible.

Set your monitor to a higher resolution for that session.
Then you should be able to see and do everything
in all the windows.
