New to Photoshop and I need some help

As the title says, i'm new to Photoshop, and I need someone that works at Photoshop to show me how to crop heads and/or faces in and out of pictures. After i'm shown the first time, I will be able to do it myself. I will supply all of the photos, and, if necessary, I will pay someone for this service.
