New Websit - Critques/Criticism Appreciated

It gets the job done, but from a design standpoint it's un-exciting...but I guess there's nothing really exciting about loans anyway...

The overall appearance is professional and well
organized. It does lack punch, however - I agree with
Eyecandy about that. The neutral background is a
good basis to work with, but you could afford to add
a bit more color.

I would remove the underlines on "Consolidation Info"
and "Outside Help." The other items with underlines
are links so people might expect all underlined topics
to be active links.

The left menu is hard to read - there is not enough
contrast among the grays.

"Providing Unbiased Student Loan Consolidation
Program Information" - I overlooked this line at first.

The message seems important enough to merit some
emphasis provided by the use of a distinctive color
or larger font and perhaps a few words of explanation.

Thank you so much for your help. I will definiteley implement those changes you guys have said. What about SEO? Is there anything I could to do optimize my website for search engine inclusion?
