The two logos on the left appeal to me, I like the narrow clean look of lower case letters though the colors I find rather drab. What I think might be the down side to all of them is that they may be a little too clever - the backward "h" on the left ones, and the assembled elements forming the "HT" on the bottom right logo in particular so in my final analysis I think the top right is the best of the four, 2nd is the bottom right.

In logo design
* every element must have a purpose
* the more you can elminate, the better the logo will be (usually)

The top two actually show the most merit

But what's the angled box about?

Is that supposed to be part of the logo, or just a container for presentation?

I think I like the top right the best ... but the blue is too weak.
Try some more color combinations.

Take the top one on the right, get rid of the slanted box around it, and change the words underneath from htdesign to just design. You already have the ht stylized, but it is not so overly done that you need to worry about anyone not knowing what it says. So, right now, it says ht ht design.

I think your color choice may be limiting you. Maybe go to http://kuler.adobe.com/ and see some other combinations if you like.

top two are the most intriguing
i'm not sure if the 1st (on the top left) works, it is difficult visually connect the reversed and cut off ht to the typography directly below it
the design on the top right is the best of the four maybe work with balance in the color more, brown background and no brown in the body of the logo kind of keeps the elements separate, try to incorperate the brown on a visually light element within the typography

hope this helps

Whether you choose to design your own logo, and there is software available to help you do so, or get help from your website designer or a graphic artist, you'll still be the decision, so there are some basic thoughts to keep in mind as you make the final selection:

Logos should typically stick to one or two color choice, unless your company dictates using more
They should use no more than two different fonts
They should be recognizable regardless of size or location (think letterhead, promotional materials, etc.)
They should be indicative of what you do or of the values you represent (think red and blue for Americana or pastels for infant products, variations of blue for pool suppliers, etc.)

Play around with different ideas and look to business associates or trusted friends for feedback; or work with a logo designer who is interested in how you want your company depicted.
