I have a great photo that is a little blured. Only one side of the photo has the blur. I have tried all I know with my limited knowlege of photoshop elements 7. Can anyone help? pat |

Unless you are really, really, really, REALLY good at painting in Photoshop, there is not much you can do; you can't put in detail that is not there to begin with.
Now if you have another image of the same subject that is NOT blurred, you can try adding portions of that and add/replace same in the blurred photo. That too, will take some skill though. |

Have you tried Photoshop repair for recovering the blurb of the photographs. This essentially recovers all the bad effects from the old photographs. I have also used this software in repairing my entire old pictures of Photoshop.
