Cash Prize for Logo Contest
The Book Industry Environmental Council is announcing a design contest to develop a new logo system which will identify book publishers who are leading the way in reducing environmental impacts. There is a cash prize for the winning entry, and there is the potential for the logo to be displayed on millions of books. The deadline for submissions is March 1st.
The Book Industry Environmental Council is coordinated by Green Press Initiative and the Book Industry Study Group, and consists of a broad group of book industry stakeholders including many of the largest publishers, book printers, paper manufacturers and retailers.
