First thing I noticed is your top links are pretty much unreadable... the text looks to be about 3px tall at the most.

Of the links in the right navigation that work (designer/artist), both of them link to pages that also have incredibly small text... The businessman & the sportsman go to a broken link, and the others don't do anything (which I'm sure you're working on of course).

Otherwise, the overall look is quite nice, if a bit dark (but that's just my personal preference for stupidly bright colors). You have a much better variety of works than I have on my own site (which is something I'm going to have to remedy apparently), and the overall quality of work is better than my own as well... so take anything I say with a grain of salt I suppose.
