Default color separations for a ceramic tile

I have the problem of separate colors to make the silk screens for ceramic tile design, colors are real not CMYK separations, anybody can help me in the whole process?

Keep the colors as spot colors and then import the file into something like InDesign and print as separations. If you set up the spot colors correctly, you should get a separate print out for each color.
