Exclamation Blue collar focused website for construction company

Hey guys, I'm new to Design Cafe - and this is my first request for a website review. (I look forward to providing opinions on some of your websites as well)

This is an interesting case in my opinion, instead of turning to something traditional like the yellow pages or physical advertising - a construction company has turned to me to build a simple website for them that says what they do and displays photos of projects that have ben done.

I think this will be a hard thing to do as I believe there are considerations that need to be made about what the audience is for the site. I'm thinking B2B, farming industry type, and an audience that is a bit more conservative.

With that in mind, I've whipped up something that I thought mimicked the traditional style of newspaper classifieds - something that looks industrial strength. However I feel there is something wrong.

Have a look: http://premiertrades.net76.net/index.html

(It loads slow, I'm hosting this on 000webhost, free for a reason)

I think the navigation bar needs a bit of work, but how? And does anyone have anything to add (considering the above)? Also I need feedback on any cross browser issues as this is the first time I've ever ventured into the 960 grid system, feeling a bit nervous.

Well, no. It's just the free web host checking the new account. It's back on now.
