Default How do you make Photoshop automatically smooth out brush strokes?

In Illustrator, when you draw with the brush tool, it automatically adjusts your lines to look smoother. Is it possible to do this with Photoshop?

All different program have a different method so i don't say it exactly but i think its possible through the pen tool in photoshop, because it will give you a straight and curved line and i think it automatically adjust your line to look smoother.
