Question My new ps cs4 playing up

Hello there!
I have just purchased the ps CS4 for my Toshiba Vista PC. I am not fantastic with computors although I know enough to scrape me buy. The problem is I installed it as instructed and when I opened it the first time it flashed up with 'PSC4 now includes card ecceleration, we reccomend you visit your video card manufacturer web site to down load latest driver.' I continued passed that as it meant - and still means- nothing to me. When I opened an image in ps it opened up all distorted the images were from my old ps. Now I am stuck as to what to do which website should I go to to down load this driver jobby (I'm uk based). I am frantic as I am surpose to have something finished by saturday! I would be most greatful for any advise.
Kindest regards
Lindsey

1-Go to the Toshiba support website and look for any updates for the video card. Download and install the updates. There should be instructions to help you.

2-I'm using XP so this may not be the same with Vista but...right click my computer, click manage, then select device manager. In device manager look under Display Adapters to identify the mfr. and type of video card. Then check that mfr's website for updates.
