I have CS4 and I am new to photoshop. I took this photo and would like to remove the fence, but I don't know what the easiest way to go about it is. Is the Clone Stamp tool the best way?

Oh man ... you can do it -- but it's going to take hours and hours. THAT is a monumental task to remove all that fence... good luck!

There is no easy way... the cloning tool, healing brush, maybe some painting, and plenty of time and patience.

You can start off by doing a color range grab of the fenceand then isolate that on its own layer. Work on that layer only and leave the original alone.
As the admin said this is a complex image and is going to take some time. There are no tricks or filters to do something of this sort, its just grunt work with the clone and healing tools, plain and simple. |
