Question mock-up

Hello all,
http://www.wwwdesigns.com.au/ongoing/gallery.html
http://www.wwwdesigns.com.au/ongoing/turner.html
http://www.wwwdesigns.com.au/ongoing/turnertext.html
These are 3 images that represent a design I'm working on at the moment.
I'm still deciding on the amount of flash and such that might be involved, but you get the idea.
As always, brutal is best

Default Flash

HI theodren,

For my point of view I do not like flash websites.... It’s too difficult to optimize, not very good for SE… and the website owner can not edit or update the content and gallery him self.

Do you want to use flash for the gallery only? You can find some very good advice on this website http://www.stunicholls.com. They have some very good CSS examples, it will be better for optimization, SE, content update and loading time.

Best Regards,

Cyril

Question flash not the question

As I had said previously, I'm not certain how much flash I will be using (if any). Mostly I'm just curious as to what y'all think of how it looks from a design standpoint.
I'm aiming for simple, professional and clean looking.
The links I've provided are nothing more than jpg outlines of how I'm expecting it to look, they aren't meant to provide a working example, if that makes any sense?
Thanks heaps

Knowing the outcome you defined... those three adjectives. Simple professional and clean, I think you got it. I mean pass/no pass is definitely pass. Beyond that I will say find some more people more familiar than me with photography sites.

I'm looking for some gut reactions too for a couple sites if you have a minute.

Thanks

Question and so it continues

If anyone feels like telling me which design they like better
These 2 go together
http://www.wwwdesigns.com.au/ongoing/turner2.html
http://www.wwwdesigns.com.au/ongoing/turnerindex.html

and these are the 3 screenshots that I posted originally.
http://www.wwwdesigns.com.au/ongoing/gallery.html
http://www.wwwdesigns.com.au/ongoing/turner.html
http://www.wwwdesigns.com.au/ongoing/turnertext.html

Any feedback is greatly appreciated
Thanks heaps

P.S. obviously the final product would be larger (first 2 examples)
additionally, in the gallery (again, first set) the only image that does anything when you click on it is the purple lady in the bottom right hand corner.
