I am no longer able to gain access to my gradient picker window via the drop-down button next to the current gradient. All I get is a thin white line with a slight drop-shadow where the top of the picker window used to be.
I can still get to the gradients by clicking on the current gradient swatch itself, but I'm wondering what is wrong with the drop-down window. I restarted Photoshop, then my whole system, but the problem persists. Please help. Thanks |

Find the root directory for your Photoshop program.
NOTE a directory in there called "Presets" Within that directory there should be one called "Gradients" Presets > Gradients That may have been removed, renamed or corrupted somehow. Replace that directory with the same one on the PSD instal CD and you should be back in business. Reinstalling PSD will do the same thing, but try the easier solution first. |
