Thumbs up How can I make a teardrop

I have a need to show a teardrop on an image of a flat object. It should look like water, leaked out of a small opening on the image and ran down the front. I may replicate it a time or two below the initial teardrop. Can anyone give me a hand with this. I would appreciate it.
