Default How do I recreate this distressed effect?

I have been trying to recreate this effect without success. Parts of the photo are distressed with added texture, and parts of the photo were made more vibrant. I've tried a few things, but am not getting the same effect. I tried adding an overlay of a linen paper, dodging and burning parts of the photo, adding a b/w vignette to part of the photo. I'm at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!
