Default How to see adjustments in auto levels

Hi, new to this site. Is there a way to see what photoshop does with the levels when you use auto levels? I want to save this setting to use in another picture.
More importantly when I color correct video files I would like to be able to apply this single setting to the entire clip. When you use auto levels in Premiere it changes the setting depending on what changes throughout the clip.
I hope I'm being clear.
thanks
