Default brushed edges

Hi everyone,
I'm new to photoshop , i have CS2, i would like to to make a border around a picture that looks like a brush stroke, any help would be greatly appreciated, please keep in mind that I'm just a beginner so I need it explained as simple as possible , thanks!

Hi photokt,
Just paint it with the Brus Tool as follows:
- Choose in the Toolbox the Brush Tool
- In the Options bar, click the tiny arrow next to brush tip thumbnail and set brush tip size (in your case, it must be reasonably large) and edge hardness.
- Paint a frame around your image

If you meant something different, plz specify
