Default how to make silkscreen separations

hi,
ive bin designing my own t-shirt logos for a while now. still tryna get use to using photoshop. anyway i need to know how to make a simple 2-3 or even 4 color separation. im not looking to use cmyk. i would like to know how to separate the logos colors and have them printed so that i can shoot them onto a silkscreen to print shirts. thanks.
